Kate and Cheryl met through a
plain language event in Vancouver
in the early 90s. They went on to
initiate the Plain Language
Consultant's Network, now
PLAIN, Plain Language Association INternational.
Together they organized
international conferences,
worked on plain language
projects and have now
collaborated on two resource
books on implementing plain language in organizations and on the
web.
